Cavanaugh's Back Forty

The Cavanaugh's Back Forty began in 1996. On forty acres nestled in the heart of Texas, we raise pet miniature donkeys from a select herd of Jennies and Jacks. Each year we offer the off-spring of our herd at reasonable prices, as a pet, a flock guardian, equine companion and for those who enjoy it, a great show animal. Our operation is small and we specialize in miniature donkeys that are loveable and healthy.

	One of our donkeys was shipped to Guam and resides in a petting zoo on a beach.
	Many grandparents buy these cute little guys for their grandchildren to pet. They are docile and very lovable.
	Our donkeys range in color from dun to brown, black, and the occasional spotted.
