"El Jimador" is the Spanish name given to the experienced farmer who selects, cultivates and harvests the legendary and unique Blue Agave plant under the blazing Mexican sun. It takes ten years of careful cultivation to reach maturity before the plant is hand picked and cropped under the expert eye of the El Jimador.
We carry on with the same careful traditions in our restaurant as we prepare quality and delicious meals for our guests, using only the freshest ingredients. Our menu has something for everyone: great dishes at the best prices.
Bangs' El Jimador is conveniently located "on the highway" for local customers or those traveling through. Our family owned and operated Mexican restaurant offers a large and varied full menu of affordable Mexican dishes - many of which are unique family recipes.
